Cancellation Refund Policy
Innovative Cancer Care And Rehabilitation Pvt. Ltd. believes in simplicity and we help its customers as far as possible, through a liberal cancellation policy. These policies are subject to change without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to check the policies on a periodic basis to be aware about the latest clauses. It will not be responsibility of ICanCaRe if any user is not aware about the latest cancellation and refund policies.
How do I cancel an order on icancare.org?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you cancel the order after the product is shipped, no refund will be made.
For COD deliverables, the buyer will have to pay the full bill amount to the courier person, failing which the buyer shall loose the priviledges on the site. The buyer will be blacklisted and any orders in the future will not be entertained. In case the buyer will make the COD payment after delivery, the buyer would be subject to refund of the total bill amount less the delivery cost bore by ICanCaRe.
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please write a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product details, order details and the defect details upon the delivery of the product within 7 working days failing which the buyer will not be entitled to a replacement. The buyer will be responsible to send back the product in a proper packaged form so as to prevent any further damage to the goods. Replacement will be at the sole discretion of ICanCaRe. Please refer to the Replacement Guarantee section of Terms and Conditions for the detailed actions and policy.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. It will be at the discretion of ICanCaRe. No refund will be made if it is found that the buyer has requested refund by means of fraud, misleading information or any incorrect or inappropriate means.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please write us at email@example.com with the necessary product and manufacture details. We will refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer and help you regarding the same within 20 working days.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery,please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 7838783268 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
4. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) or the given barcode on the product has been removed or tampered from its original packaging.
